MHP Americas, Inc., a leader in business and technology consulting for the automotive and manufacturing industries, is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive strategic sales efforts in the Chicago area. This individual will focus on hunting and developing new business with large enterprise clients, leveraging MHP's expertise in consulting, solution integration, and managed services, with a strong emphasis on SAP solutions.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Director, your primary responsibilities will include :
Focus on hunting for new opportunities and building a pipeline of qualified leads.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with large enterprise clients in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with MHP's industry focus and growth objectives.
Identify and deeply understand client challenges, including key pain points, their impacts, root causes, and gaps between current and future states.
Leverage an in-depth understanding of the total closed loop -from engineering and manufacturing to supply chain, the digital core, and customer engagement.
Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate value propositions, sales strategies, and client-specific solutions.
Stay current on automotive and manufacturing industry trends and emerging technologies.

The salary range for this role is $160,000-$224,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
