Community Memorial Hospital - Clinic

Full-Time; 40 hours a week - either 5x8 hours or 4x10 hours

Provide direct and indirect patient care for providers and others as necessary in the CMH Medical Clinic. Assists providers with daily tasks to provide timely and efficient patient care. Communicate clinical information with appropriate providers in a timely manner. Adheres to Community Memorial Hospital’s performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Community Memorial Hospital. This position will be responsible for providing coverage in Family Medicine, ENT, GI, Behavioral Health & other specialty services.
