Position Type : Contract (1099, part-time)
Start Date : As soon as possible
Compensation : Rate determined by Mindfully 1099 scale ($80 per completed assessment for independently licensed Therapists).

This role ensures a seamless and supportive intake and assessment process for children and families, helping to connect them with the right level of care.
Schedule & Work Hours
- Minimum of 8 hours per week for assessments
- Shifts may be morning or afternoon / evening (flexible, based on candidate availability)
- Preferred days : Monday, Thursday, and / or Friday
- Hours available between 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM
