JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses : Active Louisiana State Medical License, CDS, and DEA Board : BC / BE in EM, FM, or IM (ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM accepted) Certifications : ATLS, ACLS, PALS Experience : Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
