Job description

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : LPN / LVN
  • Discipline : LPN / LVN
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift : 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type : Travel

Shift : 5 : 30 AM – 2 : 00 PM | 8-hour days

Schedule : Monday–Friday |

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Location : South Dakota

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum 1+ year of medication administration – Required
  • Medication Dispensing (Controlled Substances) : Required
  • Certification : BLS (AHA) – Required
  • Skills Checklist : Current and specific to the specialty – Required
  • References : 2 supervisory references – Required
  • License : Active South Dakota LPN / LVN license – Required
