About Us : Southwest Family Guidance Center is expanding and growing! Join us in providing impactful Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) to families and individuals. We offer evidence-based, home and community-based treatment to address serious behavioral issues. We provide services in Albuquerque and the surrounding area.

As a Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) Therapist, you will engage with at-risk youth and their families in their everyday environments. Primary Responsibilities : Implement the MST treatment model in home and community contexts; participate in weekly supervision and consultation sessions and engage in ongoing professional development; ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Minimum Requirements : Active New Mexico licensure : LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LCSW, etc.; desire to learn and grow professionally; ability to work well independently and with a team; cultural competency.
