LOCATION : Coppell, TX Hybrid role but must reside in the DFW Metroplex

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • 24–$28 / hr (Based on Experience)
  • Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift between 7 : 00 AM–6 : 30 PM | Overtime may be required

ROLE IMPACT

As an Insurance Operations Specialist, your day-to-day will focus on high-value support to advisors during a critical clearing platform upgrade. You’ll manage sensitive transactions, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain operational excellence across complex investment workflows. Your role is essential to preserving advisor confidence and client satisfaction throughout the transition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a core point of contact for advisor support teams, resolving escalated service needs
  • Execute transactions and oversee documentation workflows related to investment products
  • Troubleshoot platform performance issues and assist in driving system improvements
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, transaction handling, and data accuracy standards
  • Collaborate across departments to streamline reporting and advisor-facing operations
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years in investment or insurance operations, client service, or trading support
  • Proficiency in securities processing, regulatory documentation, and financial systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • Advisor CRM software
  • Clearing and transaction systems
  • Portfolio performance reporting tools (e.g., FactSet, Zephyr, Bloomberg)
  • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • FINRA Series 6, 63, or 7 license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Familiarity with digital investment or insurance platforms
  • Experience in technology-driven advisor operations
