Registered Nurses (RN)

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

Personal Care Assistants (PCA)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Position Details :

Provide one-on-one care to persons with disabilities in their home setting

Assist with daily living activities, medical needs, and supportive care

Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records

Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality of life

Flexible schedules available (full-time & part-time)

Qualifications :

Active Florida RN / LPN license or PCA certification (where applicable)

BLS & ACLS certifications required for RNs

Experience with disability care preferred (training available)

Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills

Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (for RNs)

Prior clinical or home health experience preferred
