• Call Type : Beeper.
• Provider will round on patients, on-call for emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries. Provider also available for any emergent GYN procedures.
• High risk deliveries will only be emergent (no NICU at our facility).
• High risk transfer to New Hanover Regional or Cape Fear Valley for NICU - both approx. 30-45 mins.
• Level 1 nursery at Sampson Regional.
• Hospitalist support staff, 24 / 7 on call Anesthesiology support, 24 / 7 on call Radiology support, Average 27 deliveries monthly with average of 11 C-Sections, 3 labor rooms and 14 postpartum, census is typically 1-3 deliveries / 24 hr period.
• Hospital will call cell phone.
• EMR : MediTech 6.1.
• NC Medicaid and Medicare.
• ACLS, ABLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS.
• Licensed in NC only.
• Credentialing : 2 weeks.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
