Your role in our mission :

Our General Managers are the head & the heart of each of our locations. They ensure that our guests have a Great Guest Experience (#GGE) by building amazing teams, following our systems, and delivering results. Our General Managers lead from the floor to create a fun, safe, and healthy environment where team members have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

A Day in the life :

• Go above and beyond to create an unforgettable guest experience for all of our guests
• Follow our chef curated recipes to create delicious & nutritious products
• Recruit, develop, train, and lead a team of like-minded amazing team members
• Create a positive & fun environment as a leader among peers and take on new challenges to accomplish your goals
• Coach team members while recognizing and rewarding performance as well as effort
• Provide knowledge to our guests, team members, and vendors on juicing, healthy eating and the Raw Juce lifestyle
• Understand & use financial models, cost control, and Profit & Loss reports in order to maximize the store’s profitability
• Build long-lasting relationships with key business decision-makers
• Build partnerships with local businesses, gyms, and schools
• Plan & execute local store marketing events
• Act as the ultimate Raw Juce cheerleader for your market

Salary : $50,000 - $52,500

Supplemental Pay : Monthly Bonuses

Experience Needed :

1-2 years of leadership experience required (preferably in hospitality industry)

Bachelors’ degree preferred

Experience in customer-service focus position

Logistics :

Work involves standing & moving through a store for majority of a shift to help guests and accomplish work

Work occasionally involves moving items weighing up to 60lbsnt Managers lead from the floor to create a fun, safe, and healthy environment where team members have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

At Raw Juce, we are open 7 days a week with varied store hours. Each week you will be scheduled 5 days for 9 hour shifts. While shift schedules are subject to change & we try to work with your schedule, this position requires full open availability to work during the day & on some weekends.
