Job descriptionMinimum of 12 months of recent experience (within the last 3 years) providing direct patient care in a public or private healthcare setting Current and valid California Physical Therapy license (hard copy required) Valid government-issued photo identification (Drivers License or Passport) Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association Demonstrated clinical competency in accordance with professional standards Health insurance coverage Weekly direct deposit payroll 40 hours of paid sick leave Contract extension bonus All pre-employment screenings (physical exam, drug test, mask fit test, and background check) are fully paid Potential to transition into a permanent state role with full state benefits, if available Deliver Physical Therapy services in alignment with CDCR policies, institutional procedures, and recognized evidence-based standards Provide therapy based on a physicians referral and documented orders Deliver services through direct access for patients presenting an existing, documented diagnosis requiring Physical Therapy Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols Collaborate effectively with healthcare and custody staff to ensure safe and efficient delivery of care

Schedule : Full-time contract for 6 to 9 months, with potential for extension
- 3 days per week
- Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
