Duration : 13+ weeks (possible extension based on performance)

Schedule : 8 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM | 7 days on / 7 days off

Shift Pattern : Week begins mid-week (Wednesday or Thursday)

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Pharmacist to support our hospital pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience in a hospital or infusion / oncology setting.

Responsibilities :

• Provide accurate and timely dispensing of medications in accordance with established policies and regulations.
• Review, interpret, and verify medication orders for appropriateness.
• Prepare and compound sterile and non-sterile products as required.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care plans.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance, medication safety, and inventory management activities.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to healthcare staff as needed.
