Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in specific content area; Masters degree or higher preferred
Preferred : Washington State Teaching credential (or ability to obtain one) in content area
The ideal candidate will have a commitment to :
Required : Possess ability to teach Chemistry
Collaborate in Professional Learning Communities and working toward consensus with team members
Structure student learning to meet Common Core State National or other standards
Create common formative and summative assessments with department team members
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
Strategize for enrichment / intervention to meet the needs of all students
Utilize technology (interactive boards one-to-one devices google suite) to inform instruction
Compensation :
Salary Range : per diem rate of $350 / day of teaching

9-acre campus two blocks from Greenlake that boasts an outdoor athletic stadium a fitness center sports medicine training room three gymnasiums three performing arts spaces including a black box theatre and a recently renovated student commons.
