We are seeking a motivated Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing materials, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, verify against purchase orders, and enter in ERP system.
• Package, label, and ship scheduled items following company procedures.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including customs / performa invoices.
• Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, and others) to arrange shipments and resolve service issues.
• Allocate finished goods to stock bins or customer orders and update records.
• Conduct weekly reviews of incomplete transactions and purge expired finished goods.
• Perform random inventory checks for stock and consignee items.
• Maintain accurate records by scanning and filing shipping / receiving documents.
• Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to support efficient operations.
• Keep work area organized, safe, and compliant with company standards.
