Contract Litigation Attorney - Remote

Sacramento / Roseville (California) area mid-size defense law firm seeks a 6-15+ year attorney. Personal Injury / General Liability Defense experience required. The right candidate will be motivated and a self-starter with strong analytical, writing and communication skills. This position requires extensive motion practice including novel areas of the law.

• We are an office unlike most, in that we understand the need for family and work life balance, though we are a busy firm. We have offices all over the state, and various individuals working out of state remotely. We have a great infrastructure that allows for attorneys outside of the area to be in our system as if they were in the physical office.
