Position / Specialty : Registered Nurse / Infection Control Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025 Job Location : Rochester, Minnesota Shift : 3x12 Days No Local Candidates living within 50 mile of the location. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of recent experience in their healthcare field with travel experience. They should be responsible, well-trained professionals capable of providing excellent care with minimal supervision. The candidate should be compassionate, composed, and able to follow health and safety guidelines consistently. The goal is to promote patient well-being by delivering high-quality care. Required : Required Education : -Graduate of a baccalaureate Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program.OR-Graduate of a baccalaureate Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accredited nursing program.-If graduated from a nursing program that was not accredited by ACEN or CCNE, at least one (1) year of RN experience (within the last five (5) years) in an applicable care setting is required.-Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program with successful experience as a Registered Nurse and at least one (1) year of RN experience in long term care.Preferred Education : -Master’s degree in nursing, public health.Required Certifications & Licensure : -MN Registered Nurse license.-Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification (American Heart Association),(Red Cross) or (Military Training Network).-Willingness to complete a basic infection prevention and control training course within the first six months of entering the role.-Certification in Infection Control (CIC) will be required within Three (3) years from hire if not previously certified.-Expected to maintain CIC once achieved.Preferred Certifications & Licensure : -CIC, Certification in Infection Prevention and Control and Health Etiology.-Current board certification in Infection Control.Required - RN License, and BLS Requirements Current Resume Clinical License and Specialty Certifications mandated by the Client`s State requirements Current BLS from the American Heart Association Two current clinical references Must be able to pass background check Physical (within 12 months) TB skin test (within 12 months) Titers - MMR / Hep B / Varicella Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months) Current - Tdap / Flu vaccinations Compensation and Benefits Weekly direct deposit Employee-paid health insurance Refer a friend and earn extra cash!
