We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician - Neurology in Washington

Rate : Open & Negotiable (Hourly cap at $375)

Shift : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM, 1 2 weeks per month

Start Date : ASAP

End Date : 6+ months from start

Position Details :

Patient Population : Adult

Setting : Outpatient clinic

Responsibilities : New patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and minor therapeutic treatments (e.g., Botox, Occipital Nerve Blocks)

Required Procedures : Minimal Botox, ONB

EMR System : Epic

Support Staff : Dedicated LPN or MA

Days Per Month : Approximately 5 10 days / month depending on schedule gaps

On-Call / Weekends : None

Submission Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible REQUIRED

Active WA license or IMLC REQUIRED

BLS and DEA REQUIRED

Clean malpractice history Preferred

60-day availability from projected start date REQUIRED

Must provide all presentation documents in a single PDF by bid due date
