Childrens Mental Health Therapist

Full-Time | Salaried Position

Location : Adelphoi Education Albert Gallatin School District, Uniontown, PA

Highlights :

200-day school schedule (only 10 summer days, 2 in-service and 8 remote) with year-round salary & benefits

Position Overview

Adelphoi Education is seeking a compassionate and skilledChildrens Mental Health Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to youth in a school-based setting. This full-time role follows a 200-day calendar, which includes professional development and training days. The position is based within the Albert Gallatin School District. Adelphoi offers support in obtaining Pennsylvania licensure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess therapeutic needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Complete documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed on current treatment modalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with school personnel, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in school and community activities as needed.
  • Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties.
  • Adhere to Adelphoi Education policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in a Human Services field.
  • 23 years of experience working with children, youth, or families (preferred).
  • Actively pursuing or currently holds a PA license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Minimum age : 21 years.
  • Valid drivers license (PA if residing in Pennsylvania) and proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass credentialing requirements including physical exam and background checks.
