Position : LPN / CMA

Employment Status : Full-Time

Location : Keystone Behavioral Health- Catherine Street

Schedule : Monday through Friday | No weekends, no holidays

Keystone Behavioral Health Catherine Street is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our compassionate and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities :

• Process medication requests (online and walk-in) and perform medication reconciliation.
• Assist with prior authorizations and ensure completion of Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) checks in coordination with providers.
• Handle administrative tasks including phone calls, medical record requests for new patients, referral tracking, and lab / diagnosis tracking.
• Float to support other nursing staff as needed.
