Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic care.
- Collaborate with primary care colleagues, heart and vascular specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and integrate them into daily clinical work.
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans in accordance with Baylor Scott & White protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a patient-centered care model.
