Job description
A company is looking for a Condo Approval Production Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Assist origination staff with requesting and managing condominium documents
Prepare files by reviewing requests and contacting HOA / property managers for additional documentation
Monitor and update pending condo document requests in Project Tracker
Required Qualifications and Education
Current product knowledge of condominium review processes for various loan programs
Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state guidelines such as RESPA, TILA, HMDA
2+ years' experience in condo document collection or equivalent roles
Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
High School Diploma or equivalent
