Client Summary -

We are producing the highest quality window and door products in the industry.

Position Summary :

Oversee all aspects of vinyl window and door production operations, including maintenance, receiving, material handling, inventory, and shipping.

Responsible for meeting safety, quality, efficiency, scheduling, and cost objectives.

Lead by example and maintain a respectful, professional, and inclusive work culture.

Core Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day production scheduling and operations of the production team.

Develop systems / processes to track and optimize productivity.

Create, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures consistent with company policy.

Train, mentor, and develop production staff.

Interview, hire, and recommend pay adjustments for production associates.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g. quality, customer service) to address operational challenges.

Recommend and lead continuous improvement initiatives to senior leadership.

Manage the production operations budget.

Ideal Candidates -

Minimum of 5+ years of production leadership experience, ideally in the fenestration (windows / doors) industry.

At least 10+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with ERP systems.

Lean Manufacturing experience (or continuous improvement methodology).

Proven project management experience, including budget ownership.

Preferred Qualifications (Not required) -

Spanish language Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
