As a Work Area Zulu - Support Staff Analyst, you will replicate non-competitive OPFOR entities and follow-on forces to shape the operational environment and the deep fight during MCTP events. You'll manage reinforcement flows, higher-echelon activities, and storyline effects that create meaningful dilemmas for the training audience.

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain Zulu OOB (theater- / operational-level forces, enablers) and orchestrate follow-on movements and arrivals in WARSIM / JLCCTC.
• Create MSEL injects that portray political / strategic pressures, reserves commitment, mobilization, and civil considerations as directed.
• Coordinate with HICON / LOCON and other OPFOR WAs to ensure timing, tempo, and narrative coherence.
• Track effects and produce inputs to FRAGOs, SITREPs, and AARs.
