Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for Materials Management and Transportation to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities

• Manages and integrates employees' activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options. This position is for 1st shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.

Typical Education / Experience : Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation : Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Travel : Position may require travel up to 10% of the time. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range - $102,000. - $126,000.
