Position Overview :

The Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist is responsible for performing clinical and administrative duties in an occupational health setting, specializing in drug and alcohol testing. Key responsibilities include specimen collection (urine, saliva, and hair), venipuncture, breath alcohol testing, and maintaining compliance with DOT and non-DOT testing protocols. This role also involves patient intake, documentation, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of test results. Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
