In this position, you'll build and lead a team of service-minded Managers, Opticians, and Advisors in executing processes and creating amazing customer experiences. You will steer your team toward hitting their personal performance goals and meeting the company's financial targets. Responsibilities include representing and communicating Warby Parker’s values, executing and improving operational activities, managing scheduling and payroll, coordinating store events, protecting inventory and assets, enforcing risk management and safety protocols, recruiting and training team members, leading performance reviews, and creating an inclusive workplace culture. Candidates should have 3+ years in a management role at a complex customer-focused retailer, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for business, technology, fashion, and excellent service.
