Key Responsibilities
Facilitate member physical and behavioral healthcare through assessment, care planning, and provider coordination
Enroll members in healthcare programs offered through their insurance coverage
Coordinate psychosocial wraparound services to optimize resource utilization and outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3 years of direct clinical practice experience post-master's degree
Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse disorders
Experience using Motivational Interviewing
Master's degree in a behavioral health field required
Independently active, unrestricted behavioral health license in the state of residence
