What You'll Do :

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking an HR Assistant to provide essential support to the Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR administrative tasks and projects, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a supportive environment.

Core Responsibilities of an HR Assistant

  • Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Enter new hire paperwork and documentation
  • Process exit paperwork
  • Employee Records Management
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
  • Track attendance, leave, and other employee data
  • HR Administration
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Support performance review processes
  • Help enforce company policies and procedures

  • Internship or volunteer experience in HR can be a plus
