Job descriptionEducation : High school education. Experience : One (1) year of sales or customer service experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Persistent, motivated to close sales, handles rejection well, results driven + Time management skills + Customer service skills + Telephone and lead prospecting skills + Professionalism + Knowledge of the products being sold. Work Environment : Work indoors and outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions + Limited amount of local and / or multiple location traveling required + Professional Dress is required when in contact with families. Work Postures : Frequent, continuous periods of time standing, up 6 hours per day + Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day + Climbing stairs to access buildings frequently. Physical Demands : Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage. Working beyond "standard" hours as the need arises. Telemarketer Position
Our associates celebrate lives. We celebrate our associates. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting existing leads via outbound calls to entice families to Pre-Plan For their Funeral and Cemetery needs. You will be re-engaging with families setting appointments for the sales department.
