Job description

Senior Account & Relationship Manager

As an Senior Account & Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new customers and driving upsell opportunities within your assigned territory. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands complex buying cycles, and can balance strategic hunting with consultative account management. Your success will directly impact revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.

Work Arrangement : 100% Remote position. You will report to the Associate Director, Field Sales and work under the leadership of the Director, Sales, CP & ESG TeamMate.

Required Job Qualifications (Min. 2yr+ experience) :

  • 2 years in a quota-carrying, full sales cycle role
  • Proven success in acquiring new logo customers and expanding existing accounts through upsell strategies
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying behaviors and decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with consultative selling and value-based sales approaches
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new logo accounts and upsell opportunities
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive pipeline growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management
  • Provide input into forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments

    Compensation : Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA : $76,350 - $105,700. This role is eligible for Commission.
