Job Overview

The Warehouse Team Lead supports the warehouse supervisor in ensuring their designated area operates smoothly and efficiently. This role serves as a crucial intermediary between the supervisor and the team, facilitating optimal productivity throughout the day.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure efficient receiving, picking, storing and dispatch of goods.
• Perform regular checks and maintain active presence on the floor.
• Enforce safety standards.
• Assist with training new staff and provide ongoing mentorship.
• Liaise with other departments for smooth operations.
• Partner with supervisor to drive improvement initiatives.

Sunday 9 : 00AM-6 : 00PM AND Monday-Thursday 3 : 45PM 11 : 45PM
