Salary : SUMMARY :
Contributes as an integral member of the Firetrol Customer Service team, utilizing strong organizational, data entry and electrical / electronic technical skills to provide exceptional service to our customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers, Technical Service Managers, Shipping, Production, and Engineering to meet and exceed customers service expectations.
- Address all customer issues and inquiries by providing effective, timely and long-term problem resolutions.
- Duties to include : email communication with customers, coordination with scheduling to meet the customers needs, providing shipping data and tracking, working with sales and engineering to ensure accuracy of orders, working with the technical service team to provide assistance to the customers, and any other details as required.
- Date entry requirements to include : processing customer orders, change orders, and returns; shipping document preparation, and any additional document requests.
- Work with the Firetrol Customer Service Team to provide continuous coverage and assistance when other team members are not available due to meetings or PTO.
- Additional responsibilities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Degree in a technical or administrative field (asset);Three plus years experience in customer service experience in a manufacturing environment, in order entry and processing, coordinating / expediting order requests and change orders and internal / external customer conflict resolutionStrong ability to interpret technical electronic and electrical documentationBasic computer proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Copiers, Printers & InternetExtended computer literacy to enable a quick and efficient transition to the ERP systemTime management : the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with little to no supervisionExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA team player willing to go the extra mile
