Required Certifications : MN RN License, AHA BLS

Minimum Experience : 2yrs RN experience, 1yr in LTC

Charting Experience : Matrix preferred

COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)

Scrub Colors : work appropriate solids or prints
