PMHNP with 103 status

Headlight is looking for PMHNPs with their 103 status to join our team in Southern California. This role is full-time with a hybrid schedule that requires 3 days a week in-office. Our clinicians chose Headlight because

Total Yearly Compensation at 25 billed hours- $176,000 Total Yearly Compensation at 27 billed hours- $189, 920 Total Yearly Compensation at 30 billed hours- $212, 800

For non-103 status NP the Base Salary is $145,000. Total compensation above reflects the base salary for 103 status of $152,000. If you need any accommodations for your interview please email prior to scheduling.
