About the Role

This role is ideal for a junior–mid level PM who has learned under a strong product leader and is now ready to take on more ownership at a small, scrappy startup. You’ll work directly with engineering on the day-to-day execution of our AI voice product—shipping features, improving conversational flows, and supporting a rapidly scaling user base.

As one of the earliest product hires, you’ll influence product direction, design decisions, and team culture while working in an environment with minimal process and maximum autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Product Execution & Development

• Support and execute the product roadmap in partnership with leadership
• Work closely with engineering to ship features at high velocity
• Own the visual design of our internal dashboard
• Own the audio design and quality of user-facing conversational flows
• Lead user research, discovery, and feedback loops
• Identify performance issues, propose improvements, and ensure fast iteration
