Key Responsibilities Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless closing experience and meet service level agreements Engage in communication to resolve issues during the closing process and enhance operational efficiency Support urgent closing requests and ensure compliance with investor delivery standards Required Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience in the mortgage industry Familiarity with TILA-RESPA integrated disclosures (TRID) regulations Understanding of various loan programs, including Conventional, Government, Jumbo, and Non-QM High School Diploma or equivalent required Proficient in mortgage loan operating software and Microsoft Office suite
