Key Objectives & Responsibilities :
- Develop marketing strategy and marketing functions at Roadway Moving
- Design and deliver on KPIs across all marketing activities
- Oversee the day-to-day marketing activities
- Build a marketing team then drive through data-driven insights and results
- Proactively impact inbound marketing efforts and generate leads
- Define messaging positioning and go-to-market strategy targeting specific segments
- Create and deliver visionary and compelling customer-facing presentations collateral and product demonstrations used during the sales process
- Collaborate with operational team around major / minor service initiatives launches ensuring effective and ongoing relevancy in the market to drive demand generation and sales pipeline
- Partner with the sales team to distil key functionality and benefits into core marketing messages
- Drive creation of thought leadership content webinars and webcasts to evangelize our message
- Execute projects to improve SEO and web design to build pipeline
- Define and own the yearly digital marketing strategy & goals and partner with all departments to execute the overall marketing plan
- Manage internal team external agencies and own the key digital growth initiatives
- Manage and measure digital & social channels (SEM SEO Paid Social Social Affiliates Web Email etc.) and allocate budget for effective spend
- Deliver KPI performance reporting (quarterly yearly ad-hoc) and understand how to optimize & how they impact other marketing channels
- Conceptualize launch and optimize campaigns across multiple online channels to meet / exceed set objectives

Prior experience required :
10 years of B2C / D2C marketing experience with a mid to large size companyMust have lead-generation marketing experienceExpert in digital media paid ads and lead generationThis candidate is a ahead of the curve with technology innovation AI and has experience with new and upcoming marketing trendsSuperb communication presentation and authentic storytelling skillsAbility to lead marketing design PR and communication teams to deliver on projectsAbility to craft compelling and succinct positioning messaging and differentiationStrong cross-functional collaboratorThink strategically and analytically then follow through to execution with unyielding attention to detailsResults-oriented with a positive can-do attitude to get things doneThrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deal with ambiguityUnderstanding of CRO and analytical tools (Google Analytics Google Optimize etc.)Familiarity with a variety of digital platforms (email databases automation platforms APIs Shopify (or other e-comm).Compensation : $200000-$300000 (base multiple competitive bonus structures).
