National Sales Manager

Employment type : Full-time

Location : Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase ACV (All Commodity Volume), POD (Product On Display), and overall sales within Club, Mass, and E-Commerce channels.
  • Plan, execute, and track trade promotions, retail events, and product activations to maximize sales impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate buying teams, brokers, and business manager partners.
  • Lead market entry planning and new product introductions for retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Oversee order processing, invoicing, and AR (Accounts Receivable) clearing processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor, track, and report on promotional events and sales performance.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, retail partners, and vendors.
  • Generate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for senior leadership.
  • Provide training and guidance to sales team members to enhance capabilities and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, operations, and supply chain objectives.
  • Ensure sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability benchmarks are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale retail accounts such as Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, and Amazon.
  • In-depth understanding of Club, Mass, and E-Commerce class of trade dynamics.
  • Strong experience in trade promotions, new product launches, and retail execution.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with key buyers, brokers, and business partners.
  • Solid knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and AR clearing processes.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with retail portals and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented leadership style with the ability to coach and develop sales team members.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend key events.

    Salary Range : starting $70,000 per year based on experience

    Negotiable depending on experience, excluding bonus and other earnings)
