As a Real Estate Agent, your main responsibility will be to assist clients in buying and selling their homes. This will involve conducting market research to find suitable properties, discussing clients' needs and budgets, preparing marketing materials and agreements, and negotiating the best deals for your clients. Customer service is also a vital part of this role, ensuring that every client is satisfied throughout the entire process.
We are seeking professionals who have a strong understanding of the NC real estate market. Being a skilled negotiator and having a comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations are essential for success in this role. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service will also play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction.
Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications:- Must have NC real estate license.
