Location : Duluth, Ga

Hours : Up to 25 hours per week.

Reporting to : Finance Director

Eclipse Gaming is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to assist our Finance Department with a range of tasks. This role reports directly to the Finance Director and is ideally suited to candidates that have a finance administration background who are not looking for a full-time role.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Process Accounts Payable / Receivable
• Receive and disburse checks
• Reconcile accounts
• Research and resolve balance discrepancies
• Audit account transactions, clear outstanding invoices, reconcile check requests, and manage inventory transactions
• Handle expense reporting
