  • Core Responsibilities

    • Conduct basic workstation checks (connectivity, login, printing, single sign-on).
    • Help update and maintain the Epic master hardware spreadsheet under direction.
    • Assist with the configuration and testing of Epic Workstation (LWS) and Print Records (EPR) following documented procedures.
    • Perform initial troubleshooting for workstation or printing issues and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
    • Participate in Epic go-live events to assist with device setup and end-user support.
    • Shadow team members on site assessments, validations, and Epic print queue management.
    • Learn to use internal scripts and tools for validation, kiosk setup, and printer configuration.
    • Expected Skills / Experience

    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    • Eagerness to learn Epic environment structure and endpoint management concepts.
    • Typically 2-4 years of IT support experience or equivalent technical training.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed procedures accurately.
