Key Responsibilities Recruit and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sellers Manage and enable sellers to achieve productivity metrics and growth milestones Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and channel partners Required Qualifications 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth Experience managing and closing complex deals valued at $200K+ and above $1M Strong familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies Ability to establish relationships with executive-level stakeholders
