Overview :

CheckSammy is seeking a dependable and organized Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team at our Addison, TX office. This is a full-time, in-office position. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Inside Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records in our CRM (HubSpot). This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with accurate and timely information

Prepare and process sales orders; manage and update customer accounts in the CRM (HubSpot)

Assist the sales team by preparing materials, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and coordinating follow-ups

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data

Generate sales reports and analyze data to support sales strategy and performance tracking

Collaborate with other departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution

Route out-of-scope inquiries to the appropriate departments

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)

Highly desirable : experience in high-end retail, waste management, or logistics industries

Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
