Compensation : $118,000 - $145,000 (Our compensation structure is tiered by years of experience.)
Saratoga Hospital Medical Group - Endocrinology and Diabetes seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time position. Our practice has five experienced Endocrinologists, four APPS and a strong team of diabetes educators. We are building our APP team and would like to grow to six or seven team members.
The provider for this position will manage the care of diabetes patients as well as patients with some defined endocrine diagnoses. If you are an Endocrine PA or NP, or a provider in Primary Care or other specialty with experience treating diabetic patients, please highlight your experience in your application or CV.
Our office is open 7 : 30 - 5 : 00 Monday through Friday. Call, shared between APPs, will be shared equally, weekdays, M-Th only. Providers work 80 hours per biweekly pay period.
The location for this practice is convenient, not far from Exit 15 on Route 9, Wilton, with many amenities and eateries nearby.
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant serves as an additional patient care provider, augmenting and extending patient services provided by the health care team. The NP / PA will work closely with members of the team and have a reasonable amount of autonomy in the care and medical decision-making for patients. A few highlights of responsibilities :
Qualifications :
Experience in Endocrinology working with diabetic patients. Please highlight what diabetes management you may have in your CV or application. A license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State will be required to successfully be credentialed.
