We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) holding Independent Licensure in the State of New Mexicoto provide clinical services and professional supervision to non-independent licensees (e.g., LMSW, LBSW). The LCSW will deliver high-quality therapeutic services, maintain compliance with state licensing standards, and support the professional development of supervisees through structured and ethical supervision practices.

This position will
- rovide therapy and counseling to clients in Out Patient, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), and as-needed areas within HopeVillage; in one on one and group settings.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Provide individual therapy for outpatient clients.
- Prepare and hold group therapy sessions.
- Interface with CSWs for coordinated care of shared clients.
- Document Individual and group therapy sessions within 24 hours of service.
- Present BH staff trainings as assigned.
- Attend weekly individual and group supervisions
- Conduct Biopsychosocial intakes and annuals assessments
- Complete treatment plans for client caseload
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
- OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out all duties in a manner that is consistent with HopeWorks' mission and policies.
- Duties may be changed based on agency needs.
- Other duties as assigned by lead staff
- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
- Masters Degree in Counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC); Independent preferred, but other licenses will be considered
- Experience with homeless issues, substance abuse, severe mental illness, and the ACT model.
- Must have current CPR and First-Aid certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
- OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Computer literate, including skills in Word and Excel and Electronic Health Records
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to help the most acute in the community
- Can work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to transition between teams
