Description :
The position is for a Physical Therapist in Home Health.
The role involves conducting an average of 6 patient visits per day.
Mileage is reimbursed weekly, and there is no maximum mileage to drive, with an average of 60-80 miles a day.
The patient population primarily consists of individuals with chronic diseases and orthopedic conditions.
The position is open to seasoned travelers, including first-time travelers with prior home health experience.
Team support includes departmental leadership, a scheduler, a clinical manager, and a clinical supervisor.
Technology and equipment used include EPIC Rover (view only), Focura for documentation uploads, and Samsung Note 9 phones.
The department fosters a team environment for collaboration and support among peers and the clinical team.
Scheduling allows for no weekend rotations, no call, and no major holidays.
Requests for time off are subject to manager approval.
The schedule cycle is every 13 weeks.
