Helpdesk Analyst

Required Skills :

Experience working in a call center OR on a helpdesk OR have technical certifications / technical degree

Excellent customer-service skills and follow up ability

Ability to think quickly and escalate issues when needed

Hardware troubleshooting skills

Detail oriented and go-getter mentality

Ability to translate technical information into non-technical terms for non-technical users

Desired Skills :

A+ certification or other relevant IT certifications

Experience logging calls using a ticketing system

Description of Role / Responsibilities :

We are looking for detail-oriented Analysts to join a rapidly growing team. The selected candidates will be troubleshooting and resolving issues occurring within stores around the country. Those candidates who have basic technical understanding and good phone skills will be given priority. This is a chance to get your foot in the door with a major IT employer in the Central Ohio area!
