Oracle HCM Consultant

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant in Client Services specializing in Oracle HCM Absence Management and Time & Labor.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues promptly

Align client practices with HCM Cloud methods and configure the Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements

Lead client initiatives, provide technical support, and manage client accounts for satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Engineering

5 - 10 years of experience in Client Services or a related field

Module-specific experience in Absence Management and Time and Labor

3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

Oracle certification in Absence Management and Time and Labor preferred
