Travel Nurse RN - Educator - $2,308 per week in Washington, DC

Job Title : Clinical Educator RN Profession : Registered Nurse Specialty : Educator Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 8 hours (07 : 30 - 16 : 00) Experience : 2 years of educator experience required in a teaching hospital setting; 5-7 years of clinical experience in specialty preferred (2 years minimum required); must have 1 prior travel assignment. License : Must have a valid state license. Certifications : BLS, BSN required; ACLS, Specialty Certification for specific position preferred. Must-Have : Telemetry experience; Stepdown / IMC / ICU experience; familiarity with Cerner EMR. Description : Clinical Educator RN position for IMC / Stepdown unit. Candidate will cover two IMCs. The position requires strong experience in stepdown, intermediate care, or ICU settings. Candidate must have experience with telemetry. Education experience of at least two years is required in a teaching hospital setting. An MSN degree is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of coming into contact with Covid patients. Flu vaccination is mandatory. This position may require teaching and training staff on best practices and protocols. The role includes overseeing and evaluating clinical education programs.
