Job description

Job Title : Project Manager

Job Location : Spokane, Washington - Hybrid / Partial remote work

Salary : $130k-$150k + Vehicle + bonus + Benefits + 401k Match, etc.

Requirements : 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager on ground-up projects related to commercial, healthcare, Education, or related

This is a full time / permanent position with a 200-person general contractor with a wide range of ground-up projects across Commercial, Healthcare, Education, etc. We are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to understand the scope of work.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions.

    • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience managing ground-up construction projects
  • Ground-up projects related to commercial, healthcare, Education, or related
  • Projects exceeding $20M
  • Proficiency in project management software
